The Lagona Divers Card guarantees you a discount or other special services at all Lagona Divers bases even if you have pre-booked already a diving trip or dive package at our booking partners.

| What advantages offers the Lagona Divers Card? | As the cardholder you get special rates at all Lagona Divers bases world wide. Currently the card provides a discount of 5% on all diving services. At irregular intervals there will be special promotions exclusively for holders of Lagona Divers Card. About these activities we inform you on the Internet or via newsletter. |
| Where is my Lagona Divers Card valid? | Of course, our customer card is valid on all existing Lagona Divers bases. It is worthwhile to dive with us. |
| Do I get special discounts on pre-booked diving packages? | Of course! And we put more on top: You can make advance reservations for dive packages, from us or a tour operator of your choice, they are discountable too. The dive center will deduct 5% of the total amount of your bill. That means you have twice saved! |
| How can I redeem my credit voucher and where? | By submitting the Lagona Divers Card the discount will be immediately deducted from your bill. Cash disbursements, transfer to other divers or "save up" for the next stay is unfortunately not possible. |
| Is my Lagona Divers Card also valid for my travel companion? | Credits are available on all diving services, the cardholder has claimed. Your travel companion gets its own Lagona Divers Card. |
| How and where can I get my Lagona Divers Card? | The card you receive after a stay at one of our Lagona Divers dive centers. You can apply for it at the local dive center or you send the card application later from home via mail or fax to our service center in Mintraching. |
